Abstract

The paper discusses a nontraditional method to evaluate chromite potential of Ergak massif located northeast of the West Sayany based on results of petrochemical ultramafite study. Chromitite occurences were previously found at the identified prospects which confirms mineralization relationship with host ultramafic chemistry.
