Abstract

Methodical issues of forecasting-mineragenic studies resulting in identification of confirmed and developed areas for diamond and other nonfuel mineral prospecting are discussed. Main aspects of 3D data use, field heavy concentrate mineralogical works and analytical mineral studies are analyzed. The need of two-stage forecastingmineragenic studies is substantiated.
