PhD, Federal State Budgetary Institution Central Research Institute of Geological Prospecting for Base and Precious Metals (Moscow, Russia), Head of Scientific and Methodical Department, winner of USSR Ministry of Geology prize (1987), honored geologist of the Russian Federation, honorary subsurface explorer. Expert in forecasting-metallogenic studies allowing to identify specific areas (ore districts), fields and potential deposits prospective for economic base metal deposits discovery. Author of over 200 papers. Member of “Ores and Metals” editorial board.

Activities: over 50 years of work experience related to various studies: prospecting for copper-zinc-pyrite, porphyry copper deposits within Russia, gold deposits in Alaska, generalizing and forecasting work focused on the Urals copper potential and metallogeny; he also managed compilation of forecast and metallogenic copper, lead, zinc and nickel maps.
