Expert in geology and minerageny of the Russian Arctic Region central and northeastern sectors (Taimyr peninsula, Chukotka, Taigonos, islands constituting Northern Land and Nordenskiold archipelagos, Novosibirsk islands, Kolyma and Omolon rivers basins). Author of over 120 papers including 3 monographs. Member of “Regional Geology and Metallogeny” and “Ores and Metals” Editorial Boards, Editor-in-Chief of “Legends of Taimyr-Northern Land series of State geological map-1000/3 sheets”
Activities: Work in VNII Okeangeologia (before 2001). VSEGEI activities included participation in three joint expeditions to study islands of the Arctic Ocean: Russian-Swedish in 1999 (October Revolution Island), Russian-German in 2011 (Novosibirsk islands) and OJSC Rosneft joint project in 2013 (Northern Land, Izvestiya TsIK, Sedov, Franz Josef Land).
